WiMAX Counts Service Licensing Agreement
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This is a legal agreement between the Client and BWA Research
UK Ltd.
1. LICENSE - BWA Research UK Ltd grants Client the right to use WiMAXCounts, the licensed research. Client is granted the right to use this research for a specified number of users across Client organization, including wholly-owned subsidiaries. If Client purchases the global license, then
Client has the right to use this research across all employees of the Client company.
BWA Research UK Ltd data may be made available to Client users via Client Intranet provided the copyright provisions of this agreement are adhered to and that BWA
Research UK Ltd is properly credited. This User License Agreement allows Client to distribute and copy BWA Research UK Ltd data in a matter consistent with the "Fair Use" provision constant and US and UK copyright laws. DISTRIBUTION OF DATA WITHOUT CLEARLY SOURCING BWA Research UK Ltd. IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
LICENSE TYPES

If Client purchases the global license, then Client has the right to use this research across all employees of the Client company. |

If Client purchases the 5 site license, then the client has the right to use this research for up to 5 employees of the Client company. |

If Client purchases the single user license, the client has the right to use this research for 1 employee of the Client company. |
2. OWNERSHIP - This research is owned by BWA Research
UK Ltd and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Client is acquiring the rights to use the information contained in this research and is not acquiring the right of ownership of the copyright. Resale of BWA Research UK Ltd information or making such information available to the world wide web is strictly prohibited.
3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS - This research constitutes intellectual property, the benefits of which are acquired upon the receipt of the research. This research cannot be returned or refused once it has been accessed.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES - In no event will BWA Research UK Ltd or its suppliers be liable to Client for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this intellectual property, even if BWA Research UK Ltd, its suppliers or any authorized BWA Research UK Ltd dealer or distributor has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by an other party. Some jurisdictions do not allow for the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
5. GENERAL - This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom |
